Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted given that the product is:
- Sent back in its original condition
- Sent back within 30 days of purchase
When requesting a refund, the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded given it complies with the conditions above. We do not cover the cost of shipping the product back to us.
We will happily exchange any product that complies with the above conditions for a different size or a product of the same price. We do not cover the cost of shipping the product back to us, but shipping for the exchanged product back to you is free.
